Freestyle Kickboxing

A progressive group stand-up combative program combining fundamental striking techniques from a number of disciplines including boxing, karate, and Muay Thai. Kickboxing is a great way to learn self-defense while getting a fun and effective workout. Hour-long sessions include a 7-10 minute optional cool-down period.
