WildStyle Kickboxing Academy is a progressive, stand-up martial arts program rooted in functional striking and powered by community. We blend effective techniques from Muay Thai, boxing, and karate to deliver a high-energy kickboxing experience designed for all levels—from day-one students to seasoned competitors.

Whether your goal is confidence, self-defense, fitness, or competition, our program grows with you. We’re proud to train a diverse group of martial artists, from passionate beginners to athletes competing at the highest levels of the sport.

  • Our Adult Freestyle Kickboxing program follows a structured progression designed to build skill, confidence, and readiness—without rushing the process.

  • In phase one, we teach you the foundations of kickboxing. You will learn basic stance and footwork, as well as how to throw our basic punching and kicking techniques and beginner level combos.

  • In phase two, we will introduce intermediate level partner drills. Which include pad work and dutch-style drills to build timing, control, conditioning, and flow.

  • Advanced kickboxing techniques and controlled sparring for students ready to take their training to the next level, including competition preparation.

  • Absolutely. Most of our members start with zero martial arts experience. We break movements down step-by-step so you can build confidence, technique, and conditioning at a pace that feels right for you. The program is designed to support everyone—from first-time beginners to experienced competitors.

  • WildStyle is home to World Champions, first-time students, and everyone in between. If competition is your goal, our coaches will guide you through a clear progression—starting with strong fundamentals, moving into controlled sparring, and advancing into our fight-camp program when you’re ready. You’ll build real, fight-ready skills safely, intentionally, and at the right pace for you.

  • Yes. Sparring is introduced progressively as part of our training system. Beginners start with fundamentals and controlled situational sparring drills designed to build timing, control, and confidence in a safe environment. As students develop proficiency, they may advance into higher-level classes where full sparring is introduced. All sparring is coach-led, structured, and focused on development—not ego. Our situational sparring drills are designed to prepare beginners to work their way towards proficiency

  • Yes. Kickboxing develops striking skills, awareness, timing, and composure—key elements of effective self-defense. In addition to regular training, we offer self-defense seminars that focus specifically on real-world awareness and decision-making. Our gym also trains military, law enforcement, and security professionals who use these skills to sharpen their awareness and abilities. Everything we teach is structured, intentional, and focused on practical application.
