Champ Camp is our signature high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class, built to push limits, unlock performance, and transform your fitness.
Held Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, these full-body workouts fuse striking, strength, and explosive movement in a high-energy, dynamic format.
Each session is structured around stations featuring heavy bag work, footwork and coordination drills, and strength training with kettlebells, dumbbells, and suspension trainers—every movement chosen with purpose.
