Muay Thai is for everyone. I love the sport because age, fitness and ability are not barriers to developing the spirit to endure and grow. The WildStyle community embraces this attitude and provides outstanding instruction that I am proud to be a part of.

I have had the pleasure to train with legends such as Saenchai, Superlek, Lerdsila, Luke Lessei and Ajarn Sean Douglas. Each of them embody how sharing the skills and traditions of the "Art of Eight Limbs" is woven into Muay Thai culture.
